Crema 58.5mm Puck Screen
We all know the importance of proper puck prep before pulling a shot, but did you know that one of the main culprits of channeling can often stem from an uneven distribution of water from your machine’s group head during extraction? This tends to be very common, particularly in prosumer machines, and can reek havoc on your shots if left unchecked.
The job of a puck screen is to act as a mediator between the group head and the coffee, interrupting and diverting the high-pressure streams of water for a much more controlled, balanced flow through your grounds.
Note: Dose amount may need to be modified/reduced to accommodate the thickness of the puck screen.
